Family and Child Connect

• Free, confidential, and unlimited access phoneline to support families with a range of challenges such as, but not limited to:
  • Managing behaviour
  • Building family relationships and supporting mental health
  • Accessing housing, healthcare, or other community services
  • Managing financial situations
  • Alcohol, drugs, or gambling problems
• A family support worker can provide relevant advice or link the family to a service in that phone call If the issue cannot be resolved within a phone call, a confidential follow up confidential meeting will be arranged.
• A domestic violence support worker may also be available to support families.
